How much is it to hire a wedding nanny with you?
Our rates start at $50ph.
All enquiries are individually priced, with enquiries usually given a set quote with additional hours at an hourly rate- unless stated in our emailed quote.
Many factors are taken into consideration when quoting- number of children and their ages, the location and on the job requests.

We don’t have set packages to allow for more flexibility in our services.

Do you have a minimum booking?
Yes, 4 hours is our minimum.

Will we get to meet our nanny before the wedding day?
In most cases, yes. However, you will need to inform us and book in a home visit/meet and greet. The nanny assigned to your booking will discuss this with you directly.
Meet and greets are $45ph, with a 2hr minimum and payable directly to your nanny.
Travel fees may apply too.

Do we have to provide a vendor meal or other food for the nanny?
For all wedding bookings 5hrs and over, a vendor meal (at minimum) is required to be provided for your nanny. If the booking is in accommodation or off site we will discuss options with you.
All other food and beverages will be taken care of by your nanny.

Are there additional costs?
Car seat hire is $15 per booking.
KMs driven during the booking are charged at the ATO rate of .88c p/km (2024/25 rate).
Additional activity set ups are quoted per job.
Flower girl hair styling is quoted per job.
Any other costs will be discussed with the client directly.

Can we have multiple families in one booking?
Yes, we can have multiple families in one booking. Please detail this in the booking form.

Do you set up activity zones or spaces for the children to play at the reception?
Yes, for an additional fee, we can set up small activity zones for the children.

Do you have a booking fee?
Yes. We have a $125 Booking Fee for single day bookings and $175 for multiday bookings (not including a meet and greet/home visit- which is included in your booking fee)
The Booking Fee is required to secure your nanny booking, cover insurance (Stella Brokers) and the administrative processes involved.

The booking fee is reduced if you choose book through us again.

How do I book and pay?
After your initial enquiry, Joey goes through the details and provides you (the client) with a detailed, tailored quote. An SMS is always sent too, to ensure you receive your quote.

At times, there may be further questions, which you will receive via email before a quote can be given.
Nannies from the team are asked for their availability for each enquiry received. Local nannies are prioritised with your booking, otherwise travel fees may be applicable for the booking. At times, certain nannies who live further afar will be more suited to a booking - eg a newborn or child/ren with additional needs. This will be discussed with you in more detail.

If you are happy with the quote, let us know and then Joey will send you the Booking Fee Invoice, Contract and Family Form to confirm and lock in the booking.
Further details about your nanny will then be shared and she will be in contact with you to introduce herself and go through all the details of the booking.

The nanny will invoice you (the client) directly for the booking. A review email will also be sent, post event.
