How much is it to hire a wedding nanny with you?
Our rates begin at $50 per hour. Each enquiry is individually assessed and quoted.

Rates are based on several factors, including the number and ages of the children, event location, on-the-day requests, and importantly, the experience and qualifications of the assigned nanny.

We don’t offer set packages, allowing us to tailor our service to each family's unique needs and provide a more flexible, personalised experience.

Do you have a minimum booking?
Yes, 5 hours is our minimum or 5 hours pay.

Will we get to meet our nanny before the wedding day?
I
n most cases, yes — we are happy to arrange a babysit or meet-and-greet prior to your booking. To organise this, please let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly with your assigned nanny, who will liaise with you directly.

Meet-and-greets are $90 for up to 2hrs of time with your nanny. Additional time is $45per hour.
Travel fees may also apply, depending on the location.

Do we have to provide a vendor meal or other food for the nanny?
In most cases, yes. This will be outlined with additional information in your quote.

Are there additional costs?

Car seat hire is $30 per booking.
- KMs driven during the booking are charged at the ATO rate of .88c p/km (2025/26 rate).
- Additional activity set ups are quoted per job.
- Flower girl hair styling is quoted per job.
- Travel fees to locations when a local nanny is not available.
Any other costs will be discussed with the client directly.

Can we have multiple families in one booking?
Yes, we can have multiple families in one booking. Please detail this in the booking form.

Do you set up activity zones or spaces for the children to play at the reception?
Yes, for an additional fee, we can set up small activity zones for the children.

Do you have a booking fee?
$150 for 1 - 2 families or nannies

$200 for Activity Bookings or 3 or more families or nannies in a booking

Larger bookings will be charged accordingly.

This is a non-refundable Booking Fee. This fee locks in your date and assigns you a nanny or nannies. A nanny is matched to your booking enquiry from our team of experienced, loving, highly skilled and knowledgeable nannies.

It also covers all admin time between you and Bridal Bliss Nannies owner, Joey - matching a nanny or nannies to your booking request, unlimited amount of help and answers to your questions, phone calls in the lead up, public liability insurance + more.
Information about the booking fee is in the contract - sent with your personalised quote.

Returning clients and families are offered a reduced Booking Fee.

How do I book and pay?
Following your initial enquiry, Joey will review the details and provide you with a tailored quote via email.

If further information is required before a quote can be finalised, you will receive additional questions via email. Nanny availability is checked for each enquiry, with local team members prioritised to reduce travel costs. In some cases—such as for newborns or children with additional needs—a nanny from outside your area may be better suited. If so, we’ll discuss this with you in detail.

Once you're happy with the quote, simply let us know within the timeframe we are holding the booking for. Joey will then issue the Booking Fee invoice, Contract, and Family Form to officially confirm your booking and nanny.

Your nanny will invoice you directly for the service, and you’ll receive further communication from Joey post wedding.
